One of the most attended events in the International CES is the “Last Gadget Standing”. I never miss the event as I always enjoyed the demos performed by the contestants. I also participate in judging the eventual winner.
The top nine finalists for this coming event are:
1. Misfit Shine = “an elegant, all-metal activity tracker that you can sync with your smartphone just by placing the device on the screen. It’s tiny so you can wear it just about anywhere anytime. 5. SecuraPatch™ = “a wireless adhesive sensor built to monitor a broad range of vital signs and activity. If pre- defined changes in condition occur, the SecuraPatch can notify the wearer and their caregivers (doctors, nurses, family members, friends, etc.) via email and/or text message.
